Morning
Eat before the gorge crowd
Use a Quechee breakfast or café stop before the bridge overlook. Carry water and a small snack if the plan includes the trail or a long VINS visit.
Breakfast before the gorge, lunch near the river, and dinner across the Upper Valley
Quechee covers breakfast, lunch, pub food, and inn dining, but several kitchens close on particular weekdays. Check the current service day before choosing a table.

Easy lunch
Choose a pub, café, or bakery near the gorge corridor. TWO Bistro now serves Brazilian-inspired steaks, seafood, rice plates, lunch, dinner, and takeout; The Woodland Fairy focuses on bagels, baked goods, cider donuts, and food to go.
Inn evening
Guests can eat in the inn's dining room after check-in without another drive. Current dinner reservations are handled by phone.
Destination dinner
Worthy Kitchen is in Woodstock; Thyme is in White River Junction. Both require leaving Quechee, so check current hours and the return drive before setting out.
Meal picks

Saturday dinner
Reserve the Quechee Inn or choose a village pub for one evening. Save a Woodstock or White River Junction dinner for the night when that town is already part of the route.
Restaurant schedules change seasonally. Check the operator's current site on the day of travel rather than relying on old map hours.
